What is an empty leg?
When an aircraft flies one way for a customer, it often has to return with no passengers. Members can book that flight at a fraction of the normal price.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly plan can be cancelled anytime, and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. The yearly plan runs for 12 months.
Does the 10% apply to empty legs?
No. Empty legs already have their own member price.
What if an empty leg is cancelled?
Empty legs depend on another customer's trip. If it changes and the leg is cancelled, you get a full refund.
Who can use my membership?
You and the people flying with you on flights you book. The membership itself is personal.
